Forecast this week for a few showers so
have prepared routes that can be cut short if required.
Plan to meet at 0850 in the main car park
in Brookley Road, Brockenhurst as usual for 0900 depart.
Out via Burley Road, Setthorns, Pitmore
Lane, Pilley, East Boldre, Beaulieu, Hill Top, Exbury, Lepe and out to the tea
room in Dibden Purlieu at around 50K. Good idea to take a small lock for the tea
room as the bikes are a little out of view.
Back via Roman Road to Tesco’s and then to
Ipley Cross. Option to cut short to Brock from here or stick to plan and
continue to Colbury, Ashurst, Woodlands, Bartley, Minstead, Acres Down,
Bolderwood and back to Brock for 93K.
Hopefully they’ll be riders out for both A
and B rides. A pace circa 28KMH, B ride as per the riders who are out.
