Thursday Night Chain Gang - 28th June

There will be a chain gang this week leaving Brock at 1900 Thursday as usual. 45 mins to an hour of work. Please arrive ready warmed up so we can start at 7 prompt. Speed dependant on who turns up. If you've never tried it help and coaching will be given. So give it a go even if you only hang on for part of the ride you'll still get benefit from it and improve. Any questions please let me know.
